1. Power of Attorney, simply signed.

2. Specifications describing the design.

3. Drawings, paintings, graphics, photographic or similar representations of the design.

4. Statement to indicate the specific date of disclosure of an industrial design to the public.

5. Copy of priority document, if priority is claimed certified.

Renewal:

For four consecutive terms of 5 years each.

Duration:

5 years from filing date.

Examination:

As to form, novelty, and distinctiveness.

Admissible.
