1. Power of Attorney, legalized.

2. 3 copies of the technical description of the design.

3. 5 representations of the design.

4. Copy of priority document, if priority is claimed.

* All the above documents must be submitted within 6 months from filing date.

Renewal:

For two consecutive terms of 5 years each.

Duration:

5 years from filing date.

Examination:

As to form only.

Applications With Multiple Figures:

Admissible up to 5 figures.
