Filing Requirements:

1. French copy of the application form (as attached) stamped (sealed with company stamp) and signed by the client and clearly indicating signatory name and position within company stating the following:
           a. Registrant’s name, address and contacts.
           b. Administrative and technical contacts.
           c. The domain name applied for.
           d. The IP addresses and names of the primary, secondary and tertiary name servers.
   
2. A simply signed and stamped power of attorney document (attached is a proper form) indicating signatory name and position within company.
3. Copy of the trademark mark filing or registration certificate matching the domain name being applied for. OR copy of the trademark Name registration certificate matching the domain name being applied for.

Important Notes:

Only national trademark or international trademarks registered within the framework of the Madrid agreement designating Algeria are acceptable.

There is no specific date for registration of domain name in Algeria, however a domain name is considered registered once accepted and activated.
